Joe Diaz is a solution-oriented Project Manager with 10+ years of proven success in leading high-performing, global teams to deliver large-scale projects across multiple industries. He served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army and held multiple positions ranging from Platoon Leader to Company Commander. Following his service, Joe attended the University of Arizona and earned an MBA and a Master's in Managing Information Systems. Joe followed his education by working as a consultant, helping large financial firms implement technology solutions. His specialty is coordinating unique solutions involving technical experience from several businesses and domains to resolve complex business challenges. Joe's award-winning international experience with expertise in global collaboration, resource planning, and budget management provides vision and leadership to the professionals working in American Liberty Logistics.
Jonathan Harper
Jon Harper, a seasoned executive with 13 years of military leadership experience, coupled with 2 years as an engineering program manager in the financial technology sector, serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at American Liberty Logics, LLC. With a distinguished military career commanding two organizations of over 300 soldiers and completing four deployments, including combat missions in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom III, Jon brings invaluable leadership and strategic management skills to his role. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and skilled in agile methodologies as a Scrum Master, Jon is adept at driving operational excellence and delivering innovative solutions to government clients, positioning him as a dynamic leader in the government contracting industry.
Joseph Romani
Joseph Romani brings a unique blend of supply chain, operations, logistics, strategic planning, consulting, and military experience to A.L.L. Serving in the Marine Corps as a logistics officer (2009-2017), Joseph held multiple positions as a platoon commander, Battalion S-4, Company Commander, Battle Watch Captain, and Advisor. From 2018 to 2020, he worked as a deployment planner for Reynolds Consumer Products. From 2020 to 2022, he attended the University of Arizona’s MBA program and shortly thereafter began working for Chewy, Inc. as an Accelerated Leadership Program Operations Manager. In 2024, Joseph became a co-founder of A.L.L. and pursued his passion in business, logistics planning, and strategic planning.
Floriana Spagnuolo
Floriana Spagnuolo is an experienced project manager with a dynamic career spanning prestigious global corporations like Amazon, UPS, PwC, and Amex, working in Europe, North and Latin America. With her three master’s degrees in science, she embarked on an outstanding organizational journey which expertise delve into technical project and supply chain management. Her extensive experience in business strategy and proficiency in applied analytics and statistics made her a charismatic and visionary leader, with excellent negotiation skills. Floriana brings invaluable blend of expert rigor and hands-on experience, consistently striving for excellence in her endeavors.
Kaylynn Glynn
Kaylynn Glynn has a strong academic background in mathematics and technology. She earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon, where she majored in Mathematics and minored in Economics and Business Administration. Additionally, she holds her Masters in Secondary Education. Prior to joining our team, she spent seven years as a Secondary Math Teacher. During her tenure as a teacher, she gained a passion for technology and data science. She worked with teams of educators to improve the use of technology and data analysis in the classroom and implemented generative AI in classroom curriculum and technical writing.
