Serving Our Community
At American Liberty Logistics, we take great pride in our continued dedication to serving not only our communities but also our fellow soldiers. We believe that our military training has equipped us with the skills and values necessary to succeed in the civilian world, and we are committed to applying these principles to our work every day. Whether it's through providing exceptional service to our customers or giving back to our local community, we are honored to continue serving in any way we can.
Holy Smokes!
Years ago, while serving at Fort Cavazos, Texas, Chaplain Brandon Boyles came up with a unique idea to help boost the morale of soldiers and build connections among them. He organized biweekly events called "Holy Smokes," where soldiers were invited to his home to smoke cigars while they discussed their lives and faith. These events proved to be highly successful in creating a supportive community among the soldiers, and some of our team members were fortunate enough to be a part of them.
Chaplain Boyles wanted to continue this program despite being deployed overseas in Poland with his current unit, 4-10 Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division. Recognizing the value of these events, especially for soldiers far from their families and communities, our team at American Liberty Logistics collaborated with Chaplain Boyles to make it happen.
Our team sent 500 cigars to the unit in Poland so the community "Holy Smokes" events could continue there. Chaplain Boyles and the soldiers were incredibly grateful to get a little piece of life at home while deployed, and we were honored to have the opportunity to support our service members overseas.
